This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 02.06.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 02.06.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The second respondent police is directed to send a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
receipt of a copy of this order.
