(Judgment of the court was delivered by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) Challenging the order dated 30.01.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.33155 of 2022, this writ appeal has been filed.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ appeal, with liberty to the appellant to file a fresh application for transfer. He has also made an endorsement in the case bundle, to that effect.
