2. The 3rd respondent has filed the counter affidavit. Since the writ petition is for a Mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2018, I dispose this Writ Petition without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.

The 3rd respondent/Commissioner of Pallavaram Municipality is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.02.2018 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. The 3rd respondent may call upon the petitioner for hearing before passing such order.
