ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the fourth respondent to refrain from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition by Arulmigu Varadaraja Perumal Temple.
2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this writ petition, and claims that Arulmigu Varadaraja Perumal Temple is the owner of the aforesaid property. According to the petitioner, despite being the owner of the subject property, the respondents are interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject property by Arulmigu Varadaraja Perumal Temple. In such circumstances, the petitioner had given a representation on 07.11.2025 to the respondents. However, till date, the said representation has not been considered by the respondents.
3. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the aforesaid representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by
directing the first respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2025 seeking to restrain the fourth respondent from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition by Arulmigu Varadaraja Perumal Temple, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner. No Costs. W.M.P.No.7791 of 2026 is closed.
