O R D E R

This petition is filed against the non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.8566 of 2014 dated 10.04.2014.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ upon completion of investigation in Crime No.104 of 2011, a charge sheet informing commission of offences u/s.120(b)

and 420 IPC stands filed before learned Judicial Magistrate VII, Coimbatore and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Though there is some delay in complying with the order, this Court is unable to see any willful disobedience of the order and presently, charge sheet stands filed. This Contempt Petition shall stand closed.
