This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 08.06.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.R.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it essentially appears to be a dispute between the contractor and his client. As the complaint does not disclose any cognizable offense, positive direction cannot be issued to the police to register complaint. 4. With the above observation, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
