ORDER

Seeking to punish the respondents for the alleged disobedience of the order of this court dated 20.09.2012 made in W.P.No.22465 of 2012, the petitioner has come forward with this contempt petition.

2. In the said order, this court had directed the respondent corporation to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.07.2012. Now, the respondent has passed an order in reference Z.O.IX. R.D.C.No.R1/0585/2013 dated 09.04.2014 wherein the respondent has stated as per https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ audit objection, a sum of Rs.16,15,36,523/- is due from the petitioner and two others and thus, the DCRG amount

has been withheld.

3. In the above circumstances, if the petitioner has got any grievance regarding withholding of the terminal benefits, he can workout his remedy in the manner known to law. So far as the present contempt petition is concerned, this court had simply directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and the respondent has accordingly passed an order on the representation of the petitioner dated 13.07.2012. Therefore, no more adjudication is required in this matter and the contempt petition is accordingly closed.
