O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the first respondent to register FIR based on the petitioner complaint dated 25.05.2015 pending in C.S.R.No.141 of 2015.

2. Heard Mr.Dalit Tiger C Ponnusamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending before the respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
