ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM.,J) This petition was already disposed of by this Court on 09.11.2017 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who appeared on behalf of the respondents before this Court on 20.11.2017, had filed a Memo of compliance which reads as follows:

''The above said Habeas Corpus petition is filed by the petitioner/father of the Detenue before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Hon'ble Division Bench of Madras High Court. As per the direction of their Lordships, the compliance Report of the detenue Dhandapani life convict 257, is submitted before this Hon'ble Division Bench of Madras High Court by the Superintendent of Central Prison, Coimbatore and the same is enclosed herewith for your kind perusal.

It is therefore pray that this Honourable High Court may be pleased to accepts this memo and pass this memo and pass such other orders in the interest of justice.''

2. In view of the memo and the earlier order of this Court dated 09.11.2017 which has already been complied with, no further orders are required in this petition. Accordingly, this petition stands closed.
