The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent / contemnor, on instructions, would submit that the order which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with by the respondent/contemnor. The learned Government Advocate has produced the Memo of Compliance dated 17.06.2015 along with the proceedings of the respondent dated 30.01.2015 in Na.Ka.No.4100/2014/ME 4, which are taken on file and recorded.

In the light of the same, the contempt petition is closed.
