When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted

that though the petitioner has come up with this petition seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.194 of 2025, on the file of the 1st respondent police, the investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem, by way of efiling bearing No.LTN20220002564C202500832 as early as on 06.09.2025.

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said final report, if so advised and work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
