Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of his properties situated in S.Nos.495/3B, 495/2, 490/1A, 496/5 & 496/1C in Morur Bit-II Village, Sankari Taluk, Salem District by considering the petitioner's applications/representations dated 04.11.2013 and 03.02.2021 respectively.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of his properties situated in S.Nos.495/3B, 495/2, 490/1A, 496/5 & 496/1C in Morur Bit-II Village, Sankari Taluk, Salem District by considering his applications/representations dated 04.11.2013 and 03.02.2021 respectively.

2.Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the sole respondent and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 10.05.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the Tahsildar, the respondent.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the respondent is directed to issue https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks (after the conclusion of the General Elections of the State Legislative Assembly - 2021) from 10.05.2021.
