This contempt petition has been filed against the noncompliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.38918 of 2015, dated 10.12.2015.

learned Special Government has produced the Government Order in G.O.(D)No.1196, Home (Police-3) Department, dated 29.11.2016.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the claim of the petitioner is rejected by the respondent and the petitioner has to challenge the said order.

4. In view of the above submissions, Contempt Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to agitate his grievance as against the order dated 29.11.2016 if any.
