ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the Respondents not to harass the Petitioners. 2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.Taking into consideration the fact that the nature of the dispute involved in this case is a matrimonial dispute, it is for the parties to redress the same before the appropriate Civil Court and the respondent police will have no role to play in a case of this nature.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police not to interfere with the matrimonial dispute and it is open for the parties to agitate their rights before the competent civil court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
