This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for entire records 1/4

in connection with Crime No.654 of 2022 pending on the file of State, Rep by Sub-Inspector of Police, Dharmapuri, P.S.Dharmapuri District and quash the same.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that investigation in this case is completed and final report is filed and it is yet to be taken on file by Additional Magistrate Court, Dharmapuri.

3.In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that investigation is completed and final report is filed, this Court is not inclined to quash the First Information Report in Cr.No.654 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent.
