This is the second bail application before this Court. This Court vide order dated 05.12.2024 had dismissed the earlier anticipatory application on the ground that the offence committed is grave in nature and that the victim is still in hospital. Considering the nature of allegations and that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 3.
