ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the court bundle today stating that the petitioner is willing to go before the civil court to redress his grievance as prayed for in this writ petition.

2. Under the impugned order, dated 26.12.2025, the respondents have rejected the petitioner's request for UDR correction on the ground that there is a title dispute between the petitioner and his father and the same can be adjudicated only by a civil court.

3. In terms of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the civil court to redress his grievance as prayed for in this writ petition. No costs.
