The plaintiff, who is the applicant, has filed this application to delete the names of the defendants 2,3,4,9 to 11 from the array of parties in the suit in TOS.No.4 of 2016, in view of compromise entered into between the plaintiff on the one hand and the defendants 2,3,4 and 9 to 11 on the other hand on 21.03.2021.

2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff would submit that the plaintiffs are not pressing the petition and he seeks permission to withdraw the petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
