ORDER

This Court, while allowing the writ petition in W.P.No.36712 of 2016, by order dated 15.11.2016, directed the respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Lab Assistant in the services of the Concordia Higher Secondary School at Ambur with effect from 03.10.2013 with conferment of all benefits and to pass necessary orders within a period of one month and also to pay the arrears of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ salary within a period of one month.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 15.11.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
