This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the date of death of the petitioner's husband mentioned in para 3 of the affidavit filed in the above writ petition and also para 2 of the order dated 24.02.2022 in W.P.No.23984 of 2021 as 25.01.2012 instead of 25.01.2021 and wherever necessary.

2. Accepting the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, W.M.P.No.7717 of 2022 is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to amend the Paragraph No.3 of the affidavit filed in the above writ petition and also Paragraph No.2 of the order dated 24.02.2022 in W.P.No.23984 of 2021 as 25.01.2012 instead of 25.01.2021 and issue the fresh order to the parties.
