2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in compliance of the order dated 07.11.2022, investigation has been completed in Crime No.205 of 2008 and charge sheet has also been filed and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.324 of 2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Contempt Petition stands closed and the contemnor is discharged from the contempt proceedings.
