JUDGMENT
When the appeal was taken up for hearing on 07.02.2024, the learned counsel for the appellant reported that sole appellant died. However, she sought time to verify and report. Again when the matter was listed on 21.02.2024, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that as per instructions from lower court counsel, the sole appellant had died but however requested time to verify the fact with the parties.
2. Today, when the appeal is listed for hearing, there is no representation on the side of the appellant. Even as per instructions given by the counsel before the Lower Court, the sole appellant died but no steps have been taken.
