[Order of the Court was made by C.V. KARTHIKEYAN, J] This petition has been filed seeking to direct notice on the first respondent to be served by publication owing to the fact that every effort taken to serve notice through Court and privately had failed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he had also attempted to serve notice on the learned counsel, who had appeared for the first respondent before the Tribunal and that effort had also failed. It had been stated that the appeal is kept pending for the past four years owing to this particular fact.

3. Taking this factor into consideration and also the fact that in the appeal, the quantum alone is being questioned, we would allow this petition and direct publication in any one issue of 'Maalaimalar' having circulation in Salem where the first respondent is presently residing. Publication to be effected on or before 03.04.2026 for the hearing date 24.04.2026. 2/4
