This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to accept the cause title of the petitioner in the present C.R.P.

2. Mr.M.Venkadesh Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the sole defendant died on 15.08.2020 and thereafter, the plaintiff filed an application to implead his legal heir in I.A.No.1 of 2021, which was allowed by an order dated 17.03.2021 and subsequently it was amended as per order dated 19.04.2022. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the legal heirs of sole defendant and accordingly, he filed the present petition praying to accept the cause title.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit as justifiable one, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and to number the Civil Revision Petition it is otherwise found to be in order and post the matter on 03.04.2023.
