Prayer : Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India directing the Principal District Munsif at Alandur to decide the I.A.No.828 of 2019 in O.S.No.391 of 2019 expeditiously without any further delay and within such time as may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

The present revision petition is filed seeking for a direction to the Principal District Munsif at Alandur to decide the I.A.No.828 of 2019 in O.S.No.391 of 2019 expeditiously without any further delay and within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.The suit in O.S.No.391 of 2019 was filed by the revision petitioner/plaintiff for a bare injunction and along with the said suit, he filed I.A.No.828 of 2019 praying for grant of ad-interim injunction

pending disposal of the suit.

3. A perusal of the orders passed in the notes paper shows that both in the suit as well as I.A.No.828 of 2019 the respondents/defendants have not been served with notice so far and the plaintiff has not even paid batta. The suit is of the year 2019 and therefore, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the main suit as expeditiously as possible. 4.With the above observations, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
