(CR.NO.6/2011) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) To Directing the Special Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Tiruppur, Tiruppur District to accept the bank RTGS receipt, dated 19.01.2021 and accept the sureties and release the petitioner forthwith by modifying order made in Crl.MP.No.6705/2020 in Crl.A.No.600/2019, dated 16.12.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.K.MADHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Since the order dated 16.04.2021 passed by this Court has been complied with.
