Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.5/2015 for offence under Sections 406, 420, 506(i) of the IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of TNPCEI Act 2003 on the file of the respondent police and investigation will be done in accordance with law. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
