[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] On the last occasion, after noting the absence of the petitioner and his counsel, we passed the following order:- "No representation for the petitioner. Mr.M.Ganesh, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent/Corporation submitted that in pursuant to the additional report filed in the month of August 2019, the entire demolition of the encroached portion has been made in the month of October 2019.

Recording the said submissions, we are inclined to close the contempt petition on the next date of hearing." When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner once again. Page no. 2 of 3

Hence, the contempt petition stands closed by taking note of the additional report filed by the respondent.
