These petitions have been filed to condone the delay in filing the petitions to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent, to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole respondent and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent in the above civil revision petition. 2.The learned counsel for the second respondent has no serious objection to allow the petitions,

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.

4.Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the above Civil Revision Petition.
