O R D E R

It is the grievance of the petitioner that the second respondent police have not passed orders on his representation seeking for permission to conduct pooja in Sri Pattabi Rama, Anjeneyar, Bajanai Koil, situated at GPM Street Amba Puram, Gudiyatham, Vellore District.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the third respondent herein had created obstruction in performing the pooja peacefully.

3. In my view the second respondent can take a decision, on the representation given by the petitioner dated 12.03.2018, after giving due opportunity to the third respondent, also and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the second respondent may not be justified in keeping the representation pending indefinitely.

4. In the result the second respondent, shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2018 on its own merits, and pass orders after giving due opportunity to the third respondent. Such an exercise shall be completed on or before 30.03.2018. With this observations this Crl.O.P. stands disposed of accordingly.
