Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to immediately change the Examination Centre based on the petitioners' representation dated 31.3.2015, from Ashok Mission School to some other Government College and consequently, initiate action against the third respondent for the malpractice and irregularity in conducting and running the study centre without following the norms.

By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioners submitted a representation dated 31.3.2015, to the first respondent, stating among other things, that they were once students of Ashok Study Centre and number of advertisements have been released by the said Study Centre in leading Tamil dailies and also in the local T.V. Channels, stating that it has been recognised as Centre for Periyar University Distance Education Examination (PRIDE Examination). According to the petitioners, the said Centre is situated in a very rural area and not having transportation, laboratories and fundamental and basic infrastructure and in the event of examination being conducted, the quality of examination as well as education will be diluted and hence, they came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Mr.E.Vijai Anand, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, would submit that the third respondent-Study Centry is ill-equipped to conduct the examination and though the first respondent has received the representation, it has not responded so far and hence, prays for appropriate orders.

4.Mr.S.T.S.Moorthy, learned Government Pleader, accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

5.This Court, without going into the merits of the representation dated 31.3.2015, permits the petitioners to submit one more representation to the second respondent by enclosing a copy of their earlier representation dated 31.3.2015, submitted to the first respondent, along with a copy of the order passed in this writ petition, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the second respondent, on receipt of the same, is directed to consider it in accordance with law, and pass orders, after putting on notice, the third respondent, within a period of three weeks thereafter and communicate the decision to the petitioners as well as to the third respondent. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
