O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action and register the complaint on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.12.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that on the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.12.2021, enquiry has been conducted by the second respondent and the same has been closed as civil in nature.

3.In view of the above, direction is issued to the second respondent to furnish the copy of the closure report to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the Petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
