Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a direction to the Hon'ble Additional Subordinate Judge, Ariyalur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.36 of 2020 within the time limit fixed.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Trial judge to dispose of O.S.No.36 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing on 12.04.2023, this Court directed the learned Trial Judge to send report with respect to the stage of the case.

3.The learned Principal Sub Judge, Ariyalur, Additional Sub Judge (FAC), Ariyalur has sent a report dated 27.04.2023, vide D.No.191 of 2023, wherein it was stated that 18 defendants contesting the suit and all the defendants filed their written statement and the case is posted for framing issues.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has filed Original Suit in O.S.No.36 of 2020 seeking for declaration of title and mandatory injunction.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned trial judge is directed to frame issues and dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible. In case, if there is no progress, the petitioner is at liberty to move this Court.

6. With the above directions, this Civil Revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
