ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who is having 10 previous cases, was arrested on 12.02.2022 for possessing 110 litres of Pondy ID Arrack and 40 liquor bottles (Each 180 m.l.). Earlier, this Court had dismissed the bail petition on 07.03.2022. Again, the petitioner is reviving this petition on the ground that the petitioner is admitted in the hospital. Therefore, she may be permitted to release her on bail. The photograph of the patient/accused is also shown to the Court. This Court is of the view that since the petitioner is taken care of by the jail authorities by admitting in the hospital, there is no special circumstances to enlarge her on bail when the investigation is under way. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
