(CR.NO.447 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extent the time to execute the surety in the above Crl.MP.No.2710/2022 dated 03.03.2022 in Crl.OP.No.653 of 2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.MUTHAMIZH SELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.653 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Since, the learned counsel says that in spite of extension of time, to furnish sureties, there was delay in getting order copies. Hence, he seeks for further extension of time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 10.04.2022, to the petitioner to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court. No further extension will be granted.
