ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Nannilam Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one month from the date of release imposed to the petitioner on granting bail by Principal Sessions Judge of Thiruvarur in Crl.M.P.No.156 of 2024 dated 06.02.2024, in the case pending investigation in Crime No.306 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

3.Having considered the arguments advanced, the condition imposed is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ariyalur daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one month.
