O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

2. Today, when the matter is called, the learned Government Advocate has produced the Government Letter No.14754/Thoka3(1)/ 2015, dated 14.05.2015, passed by the respondent, wherein it is stated that in view of the want of particulars, especially the proposals being awaited from the Officer concerned, the representation made by the petitioner could not be disposed of on merits.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has produced the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.84/A2/15, dated 21.08.2015, by which the Assistant Elementary Educational Officer, Theni, has sent a

communication to the District Elementary Educational Officer, Theni, wherein the earlier details asked for by the District Elementary Educational Officer with regard to certain particulars of the petitioner herein has been complied with.

4. In view of the above, a direction is hereby issued to the District Elementary Educational Officer, Theni, to send necessary proposal to the Director of Elementary Education, College Road, Chennai - 6, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the Director of Elementary Education, in-turn, shall send necessary papers to the Government, namely, the respondent herein, within a period of four weeks thereafter. On receipt of the same, the respondent shall pass appropriate orders within a further period four weeks thereafter.

5. With the above observations, this Contempt Petition is disposed of. No costs.
