This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2012 and issue Call Letter to the petitioner to undergo medical examination and consequently direct the respondents to keep one post out of the total vacancy reserved for the BC Candidates vacant till the disposal of the representation of the petitioner dated 3rd November, 2012.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
