and V.SIVAGNANAM, J This petition is filed to dispense with production of the certified copy of I.A.No.1 of 2021 in HMOP No.1411 of 2021 dated 05.01.2022 on the file of II Additional Family Judge, Family Court, Chennai.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would state that after filing this petition, the petitioner obtained a certified copy from the Court concerned and hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this miscellaneous petition.

2.Recording the said submission, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
