The learned counsel for the respondent / plaintiff has no objection for allowing A. No.1207 of 2024, which has been filed by the 1st defendant seeking to condone the delay of 34 days in filing the written statement of the 1st defendant.

2. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown. Accordingly, A. No.1207 of 2024 is allowed as prayed for and the written statement filed by the 1st defendant is taken on record.

3. Post the matter for arguments finally in OA. No.1067 of 2023 and A. No.6678 of 2023 on 05.03.2024.
