O R D E R

The first respondent is present in Court today, pursuant to the Statutory Notice.

2. The learned Asst. Solicitor General of India on instructions submitted that after receiving a copy of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.6429 of 2015, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ order of suspension of the petitioner was recalled.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the period during which the petitioner was placed under suspension has not been regularised so far.

4. The learned Asst. Solicitor General of India on instructions from the first respondent submitted that the entire suspension period would be regularised and payment would be paid to the petitioner. The first respondent has also made an endorsement to the said effect.

5. In view of the subsequent order passed by the first respondent and the decision to regularise the period, the Contempt Petition is closed.
