The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 21.03.2014 passed in WP.No.2169 of 2013.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader (H.R & C.E.) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent has passed an order in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Che.Mu.Nada.Ni.Mu.No.2584/2013/E2 dated 18.04.2016, recognising the petitioner as Hereditary Trustee of

Deepakattalai attached to Arulmighu Athulyanatheswarar Temple, Arankandanallur, Thirukoilur Taluk, Villupuram District. He has also produced a copy of the said order before this Court.

3. Since the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent, the contempt petition stands closed.
