] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 260 days in filing the appeal against the conviction judgment dated 13.04.2023 passed in Spl.S.C.No.117 of 2015 on the file of the learned Sessions Mahila Court/Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Coimbatore.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
