ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to issue computerized patta in the name of the legal heirs of the petitioner's deceased husband for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 03.09.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner claims that the legal heirs of her deceased husband A.S.Anantharaman are the owners of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner seeks for issuance of computer patta in their name for the subject property. She had given a representation on 03.09.2025 to the respondents for the said purpose. Since the same was not considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in Page No.2 of 4
accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation, dated 03.09.2025 seeking for issuance of computer patta for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition in the name of the legal heirs of the petitioner's deceased husband Late A.S.Anantharaman, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from all the necessary parties, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
