ORDER

This Criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case after carrying out true and proper investigation on the Petitioner's Complaint dated 19.04.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 19.04.2016, it is seen that the petitioner had availed a loan from HDFC bank and defaulted in making payment. When the bank is demanding money, the petitioner has lodged the present complaint by making false allegation.

Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR. Hence, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
