Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the Deputy Superintendent of the Police, CBCID organized unit Salem, Salem District on every Monday and Friday daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.8444 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.7174 of 2020 order dated 21.12.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, CBCID, Organized Unit, Salem Salem District, every Monday and every Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.8444 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.7174 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.8444 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.7174 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, CBCID, Organized Unit, Salem Salem District, as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
