ORDER
S.A.No.191 of 2007 had been dismissed for non prosecution on 01.03.2022.
2.Ms.R.Vaishali, who appears for the appellants has filed an affidavit stating that the matter was argued and written submissions have been filed by the appellants. The respondent had taken time, but instead on that day, the appeal had been dismissed as if the appellants had not argued the matter. 3.Notice has been served pursuant to the orders of this Court. 4.Mr.D.Harikrishnan appears for M/s.Kingston Jerold. 5.Though he opposed the application, I am convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. 6.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and S.A.No.191 of 2007 is restored back to file.
7.Post S.A.No.191 of 2007 on 18.12.2025.
