This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for an early disposal of the H.M.O.P No. 364 of 2013 pending before the Sub Court, Tamabaram. The H.M.O.P No. 364 of 2013 is filed by the petitioner/husband for divorce, which is pending for more than four years.

2. Aggrieved over the long pendency of the suit, the petitioner is before this Court. Without going into merits of the case a direction is issued to Sub Court, Tamabaram to dispose of the H.M.O.P No. 364 of 2013 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
