Mr.S.Ilamvaludhi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the letter dated 22.07.2020 sent by the District Elementary Education Officer to the learned Special Government Pleader (Education), nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
2.Mr.A.Raja Perumal, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 also submitted that the 2nd respondent had already considered the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2010.
