ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce the petitioner's son S.Yuvaraj before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that his son Yuvaraj, aged about 37 years, went missing from 06.03.2022, in that, the police are not taking effective steps to secure her.

3. Today, Mr.V.Pari, HC - 35977, T-3 Korattur Police Station, Chennai [Mobile No.99445 15456] is present. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Korattur P.S.Crime No.154 of 2022 for 'man missing' and investigation is in progress.

5. In the aforestated circumstances, we direct the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Ambattur, to supervise the investigation in Korattur P.S.Crime No.154 of 2022 and keep the petitioner informed of the developments, if any. As and when the detenu is secured, he shall be produced before the Judicial Magistrate I, Ambattur, under intimation to the petitioner. On such production, the learned Magistrate shall pass appropriate orders.

With the above direction, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
